Do I need an account to send money?

No, you don't need to have an account to send money.

Do I need an account to ask a friend or customer to pay me?

No, still you don't need an account to send a payment link
request to your friend or customer.

How do I send money?

You can send money simply by inputting seller's or friend's
phone number or email address in correct format.
Phone number should contain the country call code prefix with
the plus (+) sign and should include no spaces. Example:
+96555004073 or +18135441546 and so on; where +965 and +1 are
country calling prefixes.

How do I request money from a customer or a friend?

You can request money simply by inputting your customer's or friend's
phone number or email address in correct format.
Phone number should contain the country call code prefix with
the plus (+) sign and should include no spaces. Example:

country calling prefixes.
Then you will have 3 options to send the payment link: SMS, E-Mail, or WhatsApp
messages.

Do I need an account to withdraw my money from your website?

Yes, you need to have an account in TransPush.com to withdraw
your money.

How do I register?

While you are at the main page, click on the withdraw button,
find the registration link at the bottom, then follow
registration and verification procedures.

How do I login?

While you are at the main page, click on withdraw button then
login with your registered phone number or email address that
you use to receive money.

Can I update or change my phone number or email address after registration?

No you neither can change your phone number nor email address
upon successful registration. The reason is that your phone
number or email addresses are considered as your merchant unique
identification to receive and withdraw money.

After I login where can I find withdrawals actions?

After you login, select balance from the options drop down menu,
you will then be redirected to your total balances in multiple
different currencies and you shall see a withdraw button below
each type of currency if you received money in different
currencies.

I don't see the the withdraw button in my balance area, why ?

It is because your sum of money still didn't reach the minimum
withdrawal amount.
If your account is blocked then you will also not be able to
withdraw money. Therefore you will need to contact our support
team via https://www.TransPush.com/support.cfm

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is equivalent to $100 US Dollars
or 30 Kuwaiti Dinars. You should reach this amount for the
withdrawal button to appear to initiate withdrawal orders.

What payment method do you use to send me my deposited money?

Go to your profile in your account and choose from the available
payment methods such as bank wiring or demand draft (check).
If you choose demand draft (check) method, you will need to have
a P.O.Box and zip code (postal address), or provide an exact
street address.

I paid money to someone but I didn't get a receipt by email or sms to my phone?

We send receipts of payment by email to money sender only if
he choose to receive a receipt, you can do so by clicking on
the option to get a receipt and then fill completely and
correctly all the required form fields to obtain a receipt by
email.
If you forgot to do so, don't worry, you can still print a
receipt upon successful payment online or download a PDF file
to print it later.

I sent money to wrong phone number or wrong email address, can I get my money back?

No, please make sure you typed the exact phone number or exact
email address because once money sent we only release it to
that particular phone number or email address that you typed.

Can I send money to user living in different country?
